10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time
Monday through Friday.
Exceptions: I usually skip the first one on Monday and the last one on Friday. I'll normally respond to an e-mail by the end of the next business day, so if you don't get a reply from me, feel free to e-mail me again.
